On this retreat, we take a break from busy routines and we enter
into a state where you can sink into deep relaxation by living
blissfully in the present moment surrounded by nature. Practicing
all of the aspects of yoga including silent walks, seated meditation,
cleansing pranayama, powerful asana, uplifting chanting, and learning
philosophy allows you to create the space in your life for positive
connection and personal transformation. You will leave inspired
and uplifted to face what ever path you are on. Join us for your
own solo adventure, bring a friend, or invite your whole family!

MEXICO YOGA RETREAT SCHEDULE
• Solo sunrise meditation beach walk
• Guided seated meditation
• Morning 2 hour Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga asana class
(comprehensive, dynamic, vinyasa yoga geared towards all levels)
• Delicious hearty Breakfast (tropical fruits, home-made
granola, fresh yogurts, and delicious exotic fruit smoothies)
• FREE TIME (swimming, snorkeling, ancient ruins excursion,
etc.)
• Hearty vegetarian lunch (variety of fresh salads, amazing
soups etc)
• FREE TIME (rest, relax, rejuvenation)
• Afternoon 5-7pm SHAKTI Vinyasa Yoga practice
• Healthy, gourmet, vegetarian dinner (fish is served on
two evenings)
• Optional Evening activity: “Tamascal” Mayan

OPTIONAL ADD ON: 3-5pm SHAKTI Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training:
We will be offering this amazing opportunity for you to participate
in additional yoga teacher training. This SHAKTI Vinyasa Yoga
Teacher Training will include 2 hours of training Sunday-Friday
(12 hours total).
MEXICO RETREAT ACCOMODATIONS Garden Rooms:
Cabanas are located in the garden area with windows that open
to allow the sweet, deep scent of the tropical gardens to come
in. Ocean-View Deluxe Rooms:
Cabanas are located in the garden area with beautiful views of
the ocean. There are breezes in these cabanas, like the sky itself
is touching you. Beachfront Deluxe Rooms:
Each cabana sits right on the sandy beach with spectacular and
crystal clear views of the Caribbean Sea. Beach Front Super Deluxe:

Mexico/Costa Rica Retreat/Refund Cancellation Policy
All Mexico & Costa Rica deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment is due in full by 60 days prior to the start of the retreat. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to the retreat start date you willl be issued a refund less a $500 non-refundable deposit. No refunds, no transfers, and no credits for cancellations within 60 days of the retreat start date. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the Mexico retreat.
